The vision of Bay Valley Christian Church is to be a large, stable, balanced, Spirit-filled expression of the body, built on character to equip believers to be mature leaders, families and youth. We will uphold a balance between the fruit of the Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit. Because of our size and maturity, we will share the love of Jesus and make a tremendous impact on the community and nations for the kingdom of God.

Out of a growing relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, our mission is to glorify God by serving His purpose to see the Church restored. This restoration will produce unity, maturity and Christlikeness in each person. Then each person is prepared and equipped to effectively "share the love of Jesus" by means of their special ministry to which God has called them.
